Refund Policy

At Madhura Analytics Academy, we aim to provide practical, high-quality learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for courses, workshops, mentoring programs, project support and other academy services.

Before enrolling, learners are requested to carefully review the course details, curriculum, learning format, access duration, pricing and refund terms. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of course or program purchased.

For self-paced recorded courses, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of enrollment if the learner has not substantially accessed, consumed, downloaded or completed the course content.


Refunds may not be approved if:

A significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed.

Downloadable resources, templates, project files or private materials have been accessed.

A certificate has been issued.

The request is made after the refund window.

The learner has violated the Terms and Conditions.

For live workshops, refund requests may be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.


Refunds may not be approved if:

The learner attended the live workshop.

The learner missed the workshop after registration.

The recording or workshop materials were shared after the session.

The request is made after the workshop has started or ended.

Mentoring, academic project support, research support and one-to-one guidance services involve time allocation, planning and expert involvement. Refunds for these services may not be available once the mentoring process, project discussion, planning, review or support work has started.


For bundled programs, refund eligibility will depend on the access and usage of the bundle. If any part of the bundle has been substantially accessed, attended, downloaded or completed, a full refund may not be available.

If a duplicate payment is made or payment is deducted but enrollment is not activated, please contact us with payment proof. After verification, we will either activate the enrollment or process the eligible refund.

If Madhura Analytics Academy cancels a paid live workshop or program and no suitable alternative date, replacement session or course access is provided, eligible learners may receive a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. Refund timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider or payment partner. Usually, approved refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect.

Refunds may not be provided for:


Change of mind after course access is provided.

Failure to attend a live session without prior notice.

Lack of time to complete the course.

Failure to meet certificate or assessment requirements.

Violation of academy rules or misuse of course access.

Sharing course access, videos or materials with others.

    All refund requests will be reviewed based on the course type, access status, payment records, usage records and the terms mentioned in this policy. Madhura Analytics Academy reserves the right to approve, reject or partially approve refund requests based on eligibility.
